Return Policy

By purchasing from Chaulkco, customers agree to the terms and policies outlined below. We offer refunds, returns, size exchanges (subject to stock availability), and store credit. Customers are advised to carefully review their order before finalising their purchase. Chaulkco shall not be held liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the order.


To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be reported to Chaulkco and evidence of return shipping of the item back to Chaulkco must be sent within 10 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn and in its original packaging with the tags still attached.
  • Exchanges are processed upon Chaulkco's receipt of the returned merchandise in the above condition and are based on stock availability at that time. All exchanges will be shipped to customers free of charge at a limit of 1 free exchange per order. For your convenience, please ensure that all items you are seeking to exchange from your order are made known to Chaulkco and included in the one parcel.
  • Exchanged items cannot be refunded. 
  • All postage and other costs associated with further exchanges for incorrect sizing will be at the customers expense.
  • Exchanges are limited to items of incorrect sizing or damaged/faulty items only. Exchanges or refunds are not offered for changes of mind. Refunds are only offered for faulty items.
  • Customers are responsible for covering any expenses related to returning the items for reasons other than sizing or damage/fault issues. 
All returns shipped back within the 14-day period that is not an exchange will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please email any information on the returned item, including tracking details, to orders@chaulkco.com.au. Please allow up to 72 hours (business days) for the funds to be returned to the original form of payment.
