Return Policy

By purchasing from Chaulkco, customers agree to the following terms and policies. Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders carefully before finalising their purchase, as Chaulkco is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the order. We offer returns, size exchanges (subject to stock availability), store credit, and refunds*.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Notification & Shipping

  • Customers must report the return to Chaulkco and provide proof of return shipping within 14 days of delivery.

2. Item Condition

  • The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges will only be processed once Chaulkco receives the returned item in the required condition.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
  • Customers are entitled to one free exchange per order (excluding additional postage fees for further exchanges).
  • All items for exchange must be included in one return parcel.

4. Exchange & Refund Eligibility

  • Exchanges are only available for incorrect sizing or faulty/damaged items.
  • Refunds are only offered for faulty/damaged items.
  • Exchanged items cannot be refunded.

5. Store Credit

  • Any returned items that are not for an exchange will be processed as store credit.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • Additional exchanges beyond the first free exchange will be at the customer’s expense.

Please email any information on the returned item, including tracking details, to orders@chaulkco.com.au. Please allow up to 72 hours (business days) for the funds to be returned to the original form of payment.
